Appointment Policy

In order to schedule an appointment, a 25% deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your procedure.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled appointment to receive a deposit refund.

Late arrivals will be subject to reschedule appointment without a deposit refund. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

IF you are a NO-SHOW to your appointment and would like to reschedule, 50% of the procedure costs must be prepaid in order to book the appointment.

IF you are a NO-SHOW to your touch-up appointment a $150 fee will apply to reschedule.

If you arrive at your appointment and have any of the conditions below, you will forfeit your deposit.
  • Cold or flu
  • Under the age of 18
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Diabetic
  • Allergic to tattoo pigments
  • Glaucoma
  • Taking blood thinners
  • Keloids, eczema or psoriasis
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy
  • Viral infections or diseases
  • A pacemaker or major heart problems
  • Skin irritations on or around area to be treated
  • Had Botox or fillers in the past 2 months (face procedures only)
  • Used Accutane in the past year.

REQUIRED TOUCH-UP SESSION:

After the initial procedure, a touchup session is required. Healed results vary from each individual due to skin conditions and lifestyle. Some clients may need to fill in light areas in the brows with makeup until touchup session is completed. In rare cases, additional sessions may be recommended to achieve desired results (additional fees will apply). If you have had work done by another artist and need a touchup, full cost of the procedure will apply.

CORRECTIVE WORK:

Fading or removal of the tattoo may be required if the pigment is too saturated. Overly scarred tattooed areas do not take pigment well after removal of pigment. May require several sessions of corrective work to achieve optimal result.
